What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through a form on this site:

• Enquiry form — your name, email address, phone number and message.
• Batch registration form — your name, email address and phone number.
• Analytics — Google Tag Manager loads analytics tags that record standard usage data such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device type and referring site.

We do not ask for, and this website does not process, payment card details.

How we use it

Contact details submitted through our forms are used to respond to your enquiry, tell you about batch dates and fees, and provide the course if you enrol. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our own self-hosted database, which is access-controlled and reachable only by authorised staff. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained while they remain relevant to your enrolment or a live conversation with you, and are deleted on request. Student records are retained for as long as needed to provide course access, certification and alumni support.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contactus@innoimpexlearning.com and we will action the request. You can also block cookies through your browser settings; the site remains usable without them.

Third-party links

Our pages link to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp. Once you follow one of those links you are subject to that service’s privacy policy, not ours.

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date at the top. See also our terms and conditions.
