Agreement
These terms apply when you enrol in a course delivered by Innoimpex Academy or use this website. By enrolling you accept them. If you do not agree, do not enrol.
Fees and payment
The DevOps course fee is ₹29,999 as a one-time payment. Installment options may be offered at our discretion and must be agreed in writing before the batch begins. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and a place in a batch is confirmed only once payment has been received.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the batch start date. To request a refund within that window, email contactus@innoimpexlearning.com from the address you enrolled with. After 30 days the fee is non-refundable, though we will always discuss transferring your place to a later batch where circumstances warrant it.
Course delivery and access
The course runs as live weekend sessions over approximately 12 weeks. Session recordings are made available for revision and remain accessible for six months after the course ends. We may adjust the schedule, module order or instructor where necessary, and will give as much notice as we reasonably can.
Placement support
We provide resume review, interview preparation, mock interviews and referrals through our alumni network. This is genuine assistance, not a guarantee of employment — an offer depends on your own performance and on the hiring company.
Intellectual property
Course materials, recordings, slides and lab content remain the property of Innoimpex Academy and are licensed to you for personal learning only. Recording, redistributing, reselling or publicly sharing them is not permitted.
Conduct
We expect respectful conduct in sessions and community channels. We may remove a participant, without refund, for harassment, sharing course material in breach of the section above, or behaviour that disrupts other students’ learning.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
